My name is Dave D.R. I'm a multi-instrumentalist recording artist and performer originally from Ontario, Canada. I released my debut EP "Unleashed" on CD & 7" vinyl in 2016 and on social media in 2020. I released my debut album "Born for Metal" on Friday the 13th of January 2023! The album was mixed, mastered and engineered by the great Ralf Scheepers!! Who is also featured on the single "We Were Born For Metal"! (Very special thanks to Ralf for his amazing help and support! Thank you to Jobert Mello of SLEDGEHAMMER GRAPHIX for his amazing cover art as well as the IMMORTALIZER logos).

When I was as kid I was profoundly inspired by Heavy Metal and Rock pioneers like Black Sabbath, Ozzy, Alice Cooper, Motorhead, Judas Priest, Megadeth, Saxon, Primal Fear, Michael Schenker, Iron Maiden, Dio, Helloween, Gamma Ray, Van Halen, Thin Lizzy, Metallica, Deep Purple and KISS (to name only a few). I began as a drummer when I was 8 years old, then over time taught myself to sing, play guitar, bass and keyboards. In 2020 I started working with legendary Metal singer Ralf Scheepers of Primal Fear to further develop my vocal abilities. Ralf and I then began working together on "Born for Metal".

I've always tried my best to create new and exciting music. When I started writing material for IMMORTALIZER I wanted to create something original with a vintage feel to it. My aim is not to copy what's already been done but rather to contribute something fresh and entertaining. I hope you'll agree once you've heard the music. Don't forget to crank up the volume!
